As we begin to wind down from Summer Hours. This is a friendly reminder as we transition into Winter Hours:
Alert Bay Visitor Centre:
Summer: August 28 to August 31, Daily 9 am to 5 pm
Winter: (CLOSED: September 1 & 2-Stat) September 3, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm closing for lunch at 1 pm to 2 pm unless otherwise posted
U’mista Cultural Centre:
Summer: August 28 to September 2, Daily 9 am to 5 pm
Winter: September 3, Tuesdays to Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm
Cultural Shock Interactive Gallery:
Summer: August 28 to September 2, Daily 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Winter: September 3, Tuesday to Saturday, 12 pm to 5 pm

Summer: August 28 to September 1, Tuesday to Sunday, 11:30 am to 3:30 pm
Shoulder: (CLOSED September 2 & 3) September 4, Wednesday to Sunday, 11:30 am to 3:30 pm
The rest of the Stores will remain on their regular hours (meaning they did not have summer hours).

Schedule Adjustment
Port McNeill – Alert Bay – Sointula
Saturday, August 24
On Saturday August 24th 2019, the schedule will be adjusted on the Port McNeill–Alert Bay– Sointula route to allow the vessel crew additional time for training and drills.
The required training will take place in Alert Bay on Saturday August 24th.
The 3:15 pm sailing from Alert Bay will be delayed by one hour until 4:15 pm.
The schedule for the remainder of the day will operate 1 hour behind the regularly scheduled departure time.
Every effort will be made to minimize the impact and delay of the drills and training on vessel operations.

The Partnerships stream: Small and Medium Business Intake will support greenhouse gas mitigation projects such as commercial building retrofits, fuel switching and process changes, district energy systems to heat or cool existing buildings, among others. The fund is limited to applications from Canadian small or medium-sized private sector, for-profit businesses with 1 to 499 employees. Applications are now being accepted and the stream will remain open until November 15, 2019 at 12:00 pm (PST).
